Returns:

Changed your mind? You can return any unopened and unused items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. Email info@karionkids.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address.

We have implemented a $20 restocking fee for change of mind returns and exchanges. 

This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase and subsequent return or exchange. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. Warranty:

At Karion Kids we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out! 

In the unlikely event that a device fails, we offer either a full money back guarantee or a replacement guarantee (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).  

All Karion Kids units include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at info@karionkids.com.au or contact us in the chat box below. 

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Karion Kids. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
