Promotions Terms & Conditions
From time to time, Karion Kids may run promotions including discounts, bundle offers, free gifts, giveaways, influencer codes, and event promotions. The following terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
1. General Promotion Terms
Promotions are valid for a limited time only and may end without notice.
Promotions are subject to availability while stocks last.
Only one promotional offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative products.
Karion Kids reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel a promotion at any time.
2. Promotion Eligibility
Promotions are valid only for qualifying purchases made during the stated promotion period and through the specified sales channel (for example the Karion Kids website, Karion Kids expo stand, or participating retailers).
Promotions cannot be applied to purchases made outside the promotion conditions.
3. Promotions Cannot Be Applied Retrospectively
Promotional offers cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion began or after it has ended.
This includes requests for:
• partial refunds
• free gifts
• price adjustments
• applying discount codes after checkout
4. Channel Specific Promotions
Some promotions are exclusive to specific sales channels including:
• Karion Kids website
• Karion Kids expo stands or events
• Participating retailers or stockists
• Influencer or partner promotions
Promotions offered through one channel may not apply to purchases made through another channel.
For example, an offer available on the Karion Kids website may not apply to purchases made through third party retailers.
5. Free Gift Promotions
Free gifts are available while stocks last.
If the advertised free gift becomes unavailable, Karion Kids reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.
If a qualifying purchase is returned for refund, any free gift must also be returned.
6. Bundle Promotions
Bundle pricing applies only to the specific products included in the bundle.
Bundle items cannot be swapped or substituted unless otherwise stated.
If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount may be removed and the refund adjusted accordingly.
7. Discount Codes & Influencer Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Some codes may be restricted to specific products or collections.
Codes may not be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Karion Kids reserves the right to modify, deactivate or cancel codes at any time.
8. Influencer & Affiliate Promotions
Promotions offered through influencers, affiliates, or brand partners may be subject to additional terms set by Karion Kids.
Influencer discount codes may be:
• time limited
• restricted to certain products
• limited to one use per customer
Karion Kids reserves the right to modify or deactivate influencer codes at any time.
9. Expo & Event Promotions
Promotions offered at expos, events, or pop up locations may differ from online promotions.
Expo offers are valid only during the event dates unless otherwise specified.
Expo promotions cannot be applied to online purchases made outside the event period.
Some offers may be exclusive to event attendees.
10. Stockist Purchases
Promotions offered directly by Karion Kids may not apply to purchases made through third party retailers or stockists.
Any promotions run by stockists are independently managed by the retailer and are not controlled by Karion Kids.
11. Returns & Refunds on Promotional Orders
Standard return policies apply unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will reflect the price actually paid during the promotion.
If a promotional order included a free gift, the free gift must be returned if the qualifying item is returned.
12. Order Adjustments
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially returned and no longer qualifies for the promotion, Karion Kids reserves the right to:
• remove the promotional benefit
• adjust the refund amount accordingly
13. Errors & Misprints
Karion Kids reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in promotional materials.
If a promotion or price has been displayed incorrectly, Karion Kids may cancel or refuse the order and issue a refund if required.
14. Social Media Promotions Disclaimer
Promotions, giveaways, and competitions run by Karion Kids on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
By entering a promotion, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility or liability associated with the promotion.
Participants must comply with the terms and policies of the relevant social media platform when entering or engaging with a promotion.
