We’ll deliver your selected stroller straight to your doorstep.

Here’s how it works:

• Choose your favourite stroller from our collection and place your order.
  
• When it arrives, carefully unbox it in a clean, indoor area (a carpeted surface is ideal to avoid scuffs).
• Test the pram indoors only, to keep it in pristine condition. Avoid outdoor use to prevent any marks or damage. Do not remove the unboxed stroller from your home.
• Not quite the right fit? No worries! Just send us an email at info@karionkids.com.au to kick off the return process. Our team is here to help.
• Repack the pram exactly as it was received (unpack it very carefully and pay attention to where the foam packaging is located etc).
• Attach the return label we’ll email you and return instructions.
• Sit back – your refund will be processed within 14 days and confirmed via email.
