Extended Sun Shade

Definitely worth getting the extended sun shade if you're using stroller as a primary one, or intend to use it on sunny days when travelling.

Only downside is you cannot leave it on and pack away in the backpack (haven't tried with the default bag stroller comes with). Which can be a pain when travelling via plane. And backpack is so perfectly designed for JUST the stroller that it's hard to cram anything else in there, extended sunshade included. I packed mine away in my checked baggage to be used when landed because theoretically you don't need it at the airport itself.

It does need to be unhooked to fold the stroller. But not completely taken off, so it's not just going to be a loose accessory floating in the car everytime you fold the stroller, which is somewhat convenient at the time.

Definitely a must have accessory if you're thinking of purchasing this stroller.

Shade is great, fits well

Does a great job at shading the child, I just wish it wasn’t so fidgety. The elastic that goes around the button comes off sometimes and it’s annoying that you have to take it off when you fold it down but other than that it’s perfect.

The stock shade is effectively pointless and this is a must have

Worth every dollar! I’ve tested it out on all sorts of footpaths & have had no problems with the wheels locking, as I saw in some reviews. I think the only thing that could be better is the kids seat and how it is in a semi reclined position, so my kid who loves to sit upright can’t in his karion stroller, but he’s adjusting to the stroller which is good. I’m so excited to take it on the plane with us! It’s been so easy to pack, unpack, throw out & fold back into its folded position. Also purchased the extended sun shade which is so easy to use & gives adequate sun shade. Love our Karion stroller!
